Established in 2022, DFY, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based company driven by a singular goal: to revolutionize the prepaid mobile industry with a network of over 300 TBV retail stores. Led by our visionary CEO, Jeffrey Lee, who boasts an impressive 13-year track record in cell phone retail, we have already made significant strides in the market.
Currently, we proudly own and operate eight TBV stores in Southern California, with ambitious plans to launch 42 more by the end of 2023. Our success is attributed to our highly skilled team, well-versed in prepaid mobile, who handle everything from day-to-day operations and market analysis to seamless communication and backend management.
At DFY, Inc., we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Our mission is to achieve at least 130 Gross Activations per month and to consistently prioritize excellence in customer service, aiming to be among the top 10% of TBV retailers nationwide.
To ensure store operations run smoothly and our customers are provided with top-tier service, we hav implemented a comprehensive system that encompasses cutting-edge point-of-sale technology, meticulously crafted employee handbooks, operation manuals, and rigorous sales training.
DFY, Inc. takes pride in our meticulous approach to inventory control, efficient scanning procedures, and complete transparency with profit and loss statements. As a result, we are able to offer our customers branded accessories, full-warranty exchanges, and maintain unparalleled quality control.
Looking ahead to the first quarter of 2023, we are thrilled to announce the opening of 20+ core locations, each staffed with at least two full-time employees. This strategic expansion will not only drive customer activations but also elevate our KPI scores and enable us to support sub-dealers within our network.
